Happy Sunday!!! Thanks for all the votes!!! We're still in a winning position thanks to YOU!!!

Just go to www.theanimalrescuesite.com and click on the "Shelter Challenge" tab on the right. Then click on Costa Rica for the country and click search. Click on Lighthouse and click vote!!! Then type in the letters/numbers that appear to confirm your vote!! That's all there is to it!!
The next time you vote there should be a message just below the search thingy that says, "This is the shelter you voted for during your last visit. If it says Lighthouse then all you gotta do is click VOTE!! Ya don't have to search for it anymore after the first time!!

Mom and Dad have some friends coming over tonight so they've gotta clean house. Us furkids leave a lot of hair laying around and the ol' vacuum cleaner gets a workout!! Mom and Dad clean all the time but when we have company they do extra cleanin'.

Our sunsets are coming back!! They're kinda rare this time of year but every once in a while we get a beauty. Mom says It's like a "SURPRISE!!" from God!!!

She and Dad have blocked off the ledge now because I don't see good enough to be out there. But I promised to be good and she let me pose for her.

Mom found a photo on the internet and thought it was kinda thought provoking. She says probably, if she was back in school and in a history class, she'd be doing the same thing. Mom says the history they taught Bro and Sis was even wrong. She used to tell them what ACTUALLY happened and then they'd get in trouble in school when they told the teacher. 

She says it's a shame they've re-written it cause most of it really didn't happen that way. It makes her wonder about all the history SHE was taught that she wasn't actually there to see.
